It's pretty much the cheapest racing sim you can buy, and has a decent feature set, along with some really awesome mods. Race 07 is an older game by Simbin (now called Sector 3), it specializes in touring cars, but has a great set of content all round. These games probably don't have the physics fidelity of some of the newer games, but they're cheaper and have great mod support, be sure to check out various mods for them - I'll list a couple alongside the game.
